Vikas Rana is working at Forschungszentrum Juelich, Germany as Senior Scientist. He received his PhD from Delft university of Technology, Netherlands in 2006 and then he worked at Philips semiconductor, IMEC, and Indian Institute of Technology (IITD), New Delhi. His main research interests include memristive devices and integration with advanced CMOS technology. He has published several journal and well renowned international conferences papers. He is also author of a chapter on “Redox-Based Memristive Devices” in Memristors and Memristive Systems book published by Springer New York in 2014.
