Profile

Christopher Bengel received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany, in 2016 and 2018, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the IWE 2 RWTH Aachen, Aachen, Germany,  with a focus on modeling resistive switching devices for Computation-in-Memory.
