    Abstract

In this manuscript, we propose a concept for implementing L3,L5 and L7 Lukasiewicz Logic with bipolar switching memristive devices. To access the different resistances state the gradual reset phenomenon of filamentary switching devices based on the valence change mechanism is exploited. The different multinary logic inputs are mapped to different voltage levels allowing to program the device to the different resistance levels during the gradual reset. The solution is the represented by the different resistance states. In this way, we demonstrate the Imply and the negation function, which form the basis of the Lukasiewicz logic.
