Dr. Do Anh Tuan is a Principle Investigator of the Edge Computing Group (IC Design) in the Institute of Microelectronics (IME), A*STAR. He earned his B. Eng. And PhD in Electrical and Electronics in 2007 and 2011, respectively, both from Nanyang Technological University. He joined IME in 2005 where he led several multidisciplinary research projects to develop high energy efficient circuits and architectures for edge devices. His research interest includes ultra-low voltage, low-power memory and digital circuit design, high-yield and resilient non-volatile memory macro design, energy-efficient SoC design for IoT applications, hardware security and neuromorphic computing. Dr. Do Anh Tuan has successfully tape-out more than 20 chips in advanced CMOS technologies. He authored and co-authored more than 50 prestigious IEEE journal and conference papers in circuits and system such as Journal of Solid-State Circuits, Transaction on Circuits and System I and II as well as Asian Solid-State and European Solid-state Conferences.
