Mohamed Khalil Bouchoucha (Student Member, IEEE) received an M.S. degree in Micro and Naotechnlogies for Integrted Systems from Grenoble INP PHELMA, Politecnico Di Torino and the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in 2020 with high Honors. He has been working for the PhD degree at STMicrelectronics and RFIC-Lab since December 2020. He has been involved in design methodologies for low power circuits. He is participating in the design of tunable RF front-end circuits.
