Dr.Fiheon Imroze is currently working as a post-doctoral research associate in James Watt School of Engineering, University of Glasgow. He has obtained PhD in Electrical Engineering from IIT Madras. His area of interest is semiconductor devices. He has expertise in semiconductor device fabrication, TCAD device simulation and device characterization. He has been working on cryogenic characterization for industrial test chips aiming to extract device parameters at cryogenic temperatures for next generation scalable quantum computers.
