Profile

Saion Roy received his bachelor's and master's degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2018. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. His research focuses on energy-efficient integrated circuit design for Machine Learning and Signal Processing applications. Apart from this, his interests also include Statistical Error Compensation techniques in IC design for robust operations.
