Profile

Stefan Pechmann was born in Bamberg, Germany, in 1991. He received Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in electrical engineering in 2015 and 2018, from Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg(FAU), respectively. His focus during studies was on microelectronics. In 2018 he joined the Institute for Electronics Engineering at FAU under Prof. Robert Weigel as an research assistant. Since 2020 he is with Prof. Amelie Hagelauer at the Chair of Micro- and Nanosystems Technology at the Technical University of Munich. His focus is on mixed-signal IC Design and circuit design on the field of embedded RRAM memory integration.
