Roman Golman received the B.Sc. degree in computer engineering in 2016, and M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering in Bar Ilan University, Ramat-Gan, Israel, in 2019, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree under Dr. Adam Teman as part of the Emerging Nanoscaled Intergrated Circuits and Systems (EnICS) Lab. Working as intern at “Cadence Design Systems” since 2016. Mr. Golman’s research interests include embedded DRAM design and optimization for low power and high performance operation, and development of refresh mechanisms for dynamic memories.
