Profile

Shiheng Yang (M’19) received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and the Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the University of Macau (UM), Macao, China, in 2014 and 2019, respectively. From 2019 to 2020, he was with the State-Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI, University of Macau, Macao, China. Since 2020, he has been a faculty member with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China. His research interests include analog/mixed IC designs and RF circuits, specializing in the frequency synthesizers. He serves as a reviewer for the IEEE JOURNAL OF SOLID-STATE CIRCUITS and the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS I and II.
