Profile

Long-Yi Lin received his bachelor degree in electrical engineering from National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan in 2010, and his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in 2020. National Chiao Tung University has been reorganized as National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University since Feb. 1, 2021. He is currently with the Mobile Display Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of Novatek MicroElectronics Corp., Hsinchu, Taiwan. His research interests include mixed-signal IC design, WAT test-structure design, design-for-testability for analog circuit, 3D-IC test, and wireless power transfer systems. He received the Best Paper Award from the tenth VLSI Test Technology Workshop (VTTW) and the third IEEE International Conference on Applied System Innovation (ICASI).
