Profile

Jian Chen received the B.S. degree from

Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2016. He

is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the

Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences,

Shanghai, China, and ShanghaiTech University, Shanghai.

His current research interests include memory design, in memory computing, ultra-low power VLSI designs.
