The aim of my research is to design the next generation of smart Lab-on-Chip platforms using CMOS based integrated circuits. I intend to work towards cheaper alternatives to lab-based diagnostic devices. This will bring the means of diagnosis closer to the patient and allow for faster treatments. It will also help improve the process of drug discovery and drug prescription by making tracking of biomarkers easier. With the addition of AI to these platforms, I intend to bring a certain degree of assistance to the health care providers.

I received my BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Delhi Technological University, India. I joined Imperial College London as an MSc student in Analogue and Digital Integrated Circuit Design in 2017. I was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award for coming top of the class in 2018. This was followed by a year of Mixed-Signal Design as an ASICs Design Engineer and another year as a Senior ASICs Design Engineer. I then returned to Imperial College London in 2021 to pursue my PhD with a four-year scholarship from the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
