Toygun Basaklar received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Research Focus: Health monitoring applications, wearable devices, reinforcement learning, low-power machine learning algorithms, low-power electronics
