Profile

Yue Yin is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at UC, Irvine. He received B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Carnegie Mellon University, respectively, both in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration on biomedical signal processing. Currently, as a member of NMI-lab, his research focuses on developing local online learning/plasticity rules for artificial recurrent neural networks and applying them to solve biomedical problems.
