Nathan Eli Miller is a 2nd year PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology in the Gigascale Reliable Energy-Efficient Nanosystem (GREEN) Lab advised by Professor Saibal Mukhopadhyay. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics with Summa Cum Laude distinction. His research interests include hardware machine learning acceleration, ferroelectric FETs, semiconductor device physics, and quantum machine learning.
