Cheng-Yen Hsieh is the first author of FL-HDC: Hyperdimensional Computing Design

for the Application of Federated Learning.

Cheng-Yen Hsieh is currently an EE undergraduate student in National Taiwan University. He is passionate in the field of Artificial Intelligence. For example, his research topics include Federated Learning, Self Supervised Learning and Computer Vision. He also plans to pursue a CS(or ECE) Master degree in USA.

In the process of this paper work, Cheng-Yen Hsieh shows strong efficiency and positivity. One interesting thing worth noting is that this is his first formal publication in his lifetime.
