Profile

Dr. Liang Zhao is a tenure-track research professor at Zhejiang University. He received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University, under the supervision of Prof. Yoshio Nishi. Prior to joining Zhejiang University, he spent 5 years in the industry commercializing RRAM technologies. His current research interests include: advanced memory technologies, modeling and simulations of semiconductor devices, and neuromorphic computing.
