Karolos-Alexandros Tsakalos received the Dipl. Eng. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering (EECE), Democritus University of Thrace (DUTh), Xanthi, Greece, in 2018, and he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at the same Engineering School in Neuromorphic Computing and Chimera states using emerging nanoelectronic devices. His current research interests include neuromorphic computing, chimera states, spiking neural networks, machine learning, nanotechnology, and memristors.
