Profile

Received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM), Mashhad, Iran, in 2019. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, under the supervision of Prof. Boris Vaisband at THInK Team. His current research interests include heterogeneous system integration, wafer-scale packaging, and high-performance computing.
