Biography
Khoirom Johnson Singh (Graduate student member IEEE and SPIE student member) received the B. Tech. and M. Tech. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Manipur and North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology, Arunachal Pradesh, India in 2016 and 2018, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph. D. degree with the Microelectronics and VLSI Group, Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee). He is a recipient of the prestigious INSPIRE Fellowship. His current research interest includes harnessing negative capacitance signature (NCS) at lower supply voltages and minimum energy loss, NCS based field-effect transistors, and beyond CMOS transistor technology. Mr. Khoirom Johnson Singh was a recipient of the Institutes Gold Medal at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He is also a member of the IEEE Electron Devices Society.
