Xian Wang received the B.S. degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2019. She is currently pursuing the M.S. degree in Electronic Science and Technology with Beihang University, China. Her research interest includes high reliable and radiation-tolerant hybrid CMOS/spintronic integrated circuits design.
