Profile

Xiaolei Su was born in Anhui, China, in 1997. He received the B.E. degree in electronic engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2019. Now he is currently pursuing the M.S. degree in Peking University, Beijing, China. His current research interests include voltage-control oscillators and frequency multiplier for RF and millimeter-wave integrated circuits design.
