Profile

Chunmeng Dou received the B.S. degree in Depart of Physics from Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, in 2009, the M.S. and Ph.D. degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 2014. From 2014 to 2016, he conducted post-doctoral studies at the Department of Engineering, the University of Cambridge, Cambridge, UK. From 2016 to 2017, he worked in the Semiconductor Manufacturing International Cooperation (SMIC), Beijing, China. From 2017 to 2018, he conducted post-doctoral studies at the Department of Engineering, Hsinchu, Taiwan. From 2018 till now, he has joined the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. His research interests include the devices and circuits for emerging memory and computing hardware.
