Profile

Yao Qin received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in microelectronics from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2014, and 2017, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Power Integration Technology Laboratory, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China. His current research interests include power IC, LDO, and GaN gate drivers.
