Profile

Elena-Diana Șandru (IEEE Member ’17) received the B.Sc. degree in electronics and telecommunications, in 2014, from University Politehnica of Bucharest, and the M.Sc. degree in 2016, after an internship at Télécom ParisTech (Multimedia department). She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree within the Doctoral School of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology (University Politehnica of Bucharest), in partnership with Infineon Technologies. Her research interests include machine learning and artificial intelligence applied in semiconductor industry and integrated circuits yield prediction and adjustment
