Profile

Ioannis Messaris received the Ph.D. degree in electronic physics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2019. He is currently a Research Associate with the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Technische Universität Dresden (TUD). His research interests are transistor and memristor device modeling, CMOS digital cell modeling, and neuroinspired engineering.
