Profile

Carlos graduated of electronics engineering from University of Quindío in 2014, then he got a master’s degree from University of Puerto Rico in 2016. Currently he is working toward his PhD. Degree within University of Puerto Rico. His main research interest focus on device characterization and analog IC design. Also, Wide Band-Gap semiconductor devices, especially GaN devices are part of his research areas.
