Profile

Mengting Yan is currently working toward a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at Northeastern University, Boston, MA, USA. In 2020, he joined Qorvo Inc., Chelmsford, MA, USA, as an RF/Analog SOI Design Intern, where he was involved in the design of low-insertion-loss RF switches and supporting analog control circuitry. His current research interests include on-chip hardware Trojan detection, low-power ADCs, design of analog/mixed-signal ICs, and machine learning.
