Bio
Foad Arvani (Member, IEEE) received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2007 and 2011. In 2008, he joined Kavoshcom Research and Development Group, Tehran, Iran, where he participated in several state-of-the-art ICT projects as a senior designer and new business development (NBD) manager. Since 2015, he has been with the Edward S. Rogers Sr. Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto as a Ph.D. candidate. His current research interests include analog integrated circuit design, system integration, and time-based converters.
