    Abstract

This work presents a CMOS-based, on-chip characterisation platform for emerging memory technologies with particular focus on forming-free RRAM. The chip consists of four independent sub-arrays with a full resolution of one million devices. On-chip DACs provide a programmable voltage across the device, whilst current-to-voltage and ADC circuits are used to digitise the measured current over a 20 nA to 2mA range.
