    Abstract

    Here we investigate the properties of the Josephson Junction (JJ) and develop a circuit to control its voltage-controlled-oscillator properties. We then investigate a GNRFET-based CS amplifier to boost the millivolt-level signal to over a volt at frequencies of hundreds of GHz to THz.
