Helia Ordouei received the B.Sc. in 2018 and the M.Sc. in 2020 in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany.  During her studies she focused on analog integrated circuit design and in particular optimization of energy-efficient SST DACs in 28 and 22nm FDSOI for automotive applications. She joined the modulator group in the departments of photonic components at Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute for Telecommunications (HHI) in 2019, where she contributed to the design and RF analysis of flexible multi-channel interfaces for high-speed optical transmitters. Later she switched to the free-space optical systems in the department of photonic networks at HHI in 2020 to focus on the analysis of satellite-uplinks for high throughput optical feeder links. She joined the department of mixed-signal circuit design at TU Berlin as a graduate research assistant in January 2021. Her current research interests include high resolution GS/s data converters, analog and RF CMOS integrated circuits and high-speed transceivers for optical and 5G/6G wireless communications.
