Profile

Su-in Yi received the Ph.D. degree from Texas A&M University. He is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, Texas A&M University. He has been a Staff Engineer with the Semiconductor Research and Development Center, Samsung Electronics, South Korea, since 2018. His research interests are memristor-based neuromorphic circuits, architectures, and algorithms based on charge-trap Flash memories and thermoelectric memristors.
