Benjamin Coquillas is a french PhD student in RF circuits at the University of Bordeaux, in the Integration : from Material to System laboratory (IMS lab).

He works for THALES GROUP as part of an industrial PhD, supported by the ANRT Association.

His PhD supervisor is the professor Eric Kerhervé.

Before the start of his PhD, Benjamin was graduated from the Polytechnic National Institute of Bordeaux, with a specialized teaching in RF systems.
