Degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP (1994). Lato sensu postgraduate degree in business administration with emphasis on business information systems from FGV-SP (1999). Lato sensu postgraduate degree in Software Engineering from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Digital Systems - from PECE/POLI-USP (2005). Post-graduation lato-sensu in the course "Design Engineer of Industrial Valves" by the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering of POLI in agreement FDTE/POLI by PROMINP. Has experience in Civil Engineering, with emphasis on Concrete Structures. Extensive experience in telecommunications in the field of cellular telephony. He worked in a national and international environment in the telecommunications area. In 2010 he was responsible for tropicalizing the telecommunications platform in MVNE (virtual telephony operator implementer) of a French company where he worked in France to acquire know-how to implement the system in Brazil. He researched electrochemical signs of corrosion at the doctoral level. He developed a system for signal processing and classification (using machine learning) for monitoring complex signals with embedded technology.
