Profile

Abbas Panahi received the B.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, Kerman, Iran, in 2015, and the M.Sc. degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Tehran, Tehran, Iran, in 2018. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with York University, Toronto, ON, Canada.

His research interests are multiscale design, simulation, and fabrication of MEMS/NEMS sensors and actuators for life science and industrial applications. His Ph.D. research focuses on developing field-effect transistor (FET) biosensors integrated with microfluidics for life science applications.
