Profile

Maximilian Reuter was born in Würzburg, Germany in 1991. He received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from TU Darmstadt, Germany, in 2018. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) degree in electrical engineering at TU Darmstadt, Germany.

Since 2018, he has been a Research Assistant with the Chair of Integrated Electronics Systems, TU Darmstadt. His research focuses on reconfigurable field effect transistors (RFETs) and design of reconfigurable circuits. Further research interests include multiple-independent-gate-FETs and compact modelling of novel semiconductor devices.
