Philippe Massicotte completed his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in April 2020 at the Université du Quebec à Trois-Rivières. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering with specialization in data science at Carleton University. During his academic career, he received numerous grants, notably from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), and the Quebec Research Fund-Nature and Technologies (FRQNT). His areas of research interest focus on machine-based and deep learning-based methods, particularly on the modelling and predistortion of dynamic and non-linear systems such as low-frequency loudspeakers, audio systems and binaural sound source localization.
