Profile

Du Yongqian is currently an Associate Professor in Research & Development Institute of Northwestern Polytechnical University in Shenzhen, China and Northwestern Polytechnic University (NWPU). He has engaged in RF/ Analog Integrated Circuit (IC) design and ultra-low power design methods research for IC system for more than ten years, and his researches interest mainly include short-range wireless communication IC, biochemical sensor IC, and read-write IC for MRAM and other memory types.

 He has presided and participated several projects such as the National Science and Technology Projects, the Fundamental Research Funds for the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Science & Technology and Innovation Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Provincial, and Huawei funded project and etc. . More than 12 academic papers were published in academic journals such as IEEE Transaction on Circuits and Systems、IEEE Transaction on Microwave Theory and Techniques and etc. , and 5 National Invention Patents of China have been authorized.
