Profile

Haijun Shao (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in microelectronics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2014, and the M.S. degree in microelectronics from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2018. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering with the University of Macau (UM), Macau.

He is with the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI, Faculty of Science and Technology (ECE), UM. His current research focuses on 5G high-performance wideband-tunable CMOS RF receivers and front-end techniques.
