Xiangye Wei received the B.S. degree in microelectronics from Jilin University, Changchun, China, and Tomsk Polytechnic University, Tomsk, Russia, in 2013, and the M.S.E.E degree from Jilin University, in 2016. Since 2016, he has been as a Researcher with the BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., Beijing, China, where he is involved in IC technology. His research interests include clock generation, frequency synthesis, hardware security and instruction set architecture.
