Profile

Jiarui Xu received his B.Eng. degree in Microelectronics Engineering, from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China in 2019. He is currently pursuing the PhD degree with the School of Optical and Electronic Information, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China.

His research interest includes non-volatile Computing-in-memory, energy-efficient VLSI architecture design and ultra-low-voltage circuit design for machine learning, neuromorphic computing.
