Profile

Yuanfei Wang received the Ph.D and B.S. degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from University of Electronic Science and Technology, Chengdu, China, in 2020 and 2015. He is a post-doctoral now in the Microelectronics Research Center of the Zhuhai UM Science & Technology Research Institute, Zhuhai, China. His research interest includes microwatt solar energy harvesting system for Internet of Things (IoT) and power management integrated circuits.
