Profile

Nicola Lupo was born in Bari, Italy, in 1978. He received the Laurea degree in electrical engineering from the Politecnico di Bari, Italy, in 2003, the Post-Graduate degree in design of mechatronic systems from the Politecnico di Milano, Cremona, Italy, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics from the University of Pavia, Italy, in 2018.

He joined the Philips Natlab Laboratories, Eindhoven, The Netherlands, for his graduation project, where he was involved in design techniques for organic semiconductor technologies.

From 2006 to 2008, he was with STMicroelectronics, Italy, with a focus on embedded memory design.

After two years spent with the Italian Ministry of Defense as a Technical Officer, he joined University of Pavia as a Post-Doctoral Researcher, carrying on activities focused on modeling and design of emerging memories and design techniques for radiation-hardened volatile and non-volatile memories.

Now he is senior analog Engineer in STMicroelectronics.
