    Tuna Tufan received his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2020. During his junior and senior years at METU, he worked as an undergraduate researcher in the Heart Research Lab with a focus on the Bayesian estimation methods for the inverse problem of electrocardiographic imaging. In the summer of 2019, he conducted a research internship in the Medical Information Technology (MedIT), Helmholtz-Institute for Biomedical Engineering at RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany. In MedIT, he developed an impedance measurement system for the coupling impedance of capacitive ECGs. He is currently a Ph.D. student in the Integrated Circuits and Systems (ICAS) Lab at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. His research focuses on the IC design of wearable wireless sensors for monitoring respiratory functions. He is a student member of IEEE.
