Dimitrios Antoniadis is an MSc Student of Analogue and Digital Integrated Circuit Design (ADIC) Course (2020-21) at Imperial College London (ICL). His main topic of interest is Analogue and Mixed Signal IC Design. The research project of Dimitrios is about large-scale mixed-signal array compilers for automatic memory generation. More specifically, the main purpose of this project is the creation of an Open Source Resistive RAM (RRAM) Compiler to be provided in industry and in academia in order to facilitate memory design procedure and to investigate RRAM properties.  He is also a graduate (Integrated Master) of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) school (2014-2020) with specialization in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).  The research project of Dimitrios as an ECE student at AUTH was "A Mixed Signal Design of a Scalable Reconfigurable Neuromorphic Core", in which he studied and investigated various neuromorphic architectures and circuits. During 2017 and 2018 he fulfilled his military service in Greece.  Dimitrios has received a scholarship from “The General Michael Arnaoutis Foundation” for studying ADIC at Imeprial College London.
