Profile

Arne Symons was born in Leuven, Belgium in 1997.

In 2020, he received the M. Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the KU Leuven, Belgium. The subject of his Master thesis was: "Embedded Learning in Edge Devices towards personalised Voice Command Recognition".

Later in 2020, he started working as a research assistant at the MICAS research group under the guidance of prof. dr. ir. Marian Verhelst towards a PhD degree on efficient processor architectures for machine learning applications.
