Profile

Wei-Zen Chen (M’00–SM’11) is a professor at the Institute of Electronics and Department of Electronics Engineering, NCTU, and served as the Institute director from 2015-2018. He serves as an associate editor of the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Letters, and the ITPC member of the IEEE ISSCC, A-SSCC, CICC, and ASICON. His current research interests include mixed-signal integrated circuit for wireless and wireline communication systems, with a special emphasis on high-speed interconnects, optical communication, and radar sensing systems.
