    Tsung-Heng Tsai (S'99, M'05, SM'17) received the B.S. degree in control engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1994, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, in 1998, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California, Davis, in 2005. Since 2005, he has been with the faculty of the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan, where he is currently a Professor. From Aug. 2017 to Jan. 2018, he was a visiting scholar in the ECE Department, University of Florida, USA.

    Dr. Tsai serves as IEEE Solid-State Circuit Society Tainan Chapter Chair in 2017-2020. Dr. Tsai is a senior member of IEEE. He is a member of the technical program committee of the Asian Solid-State Circuits Conference (A-SSCC) in 2014-2021. Dr. Tsai was the recipient of the Outstanding Teaching Award in 2011 and the Yang Scholar Award in 2017 from National Chung Cheng University.

    His main research interests are in mixed-signal integrated-circuit designs for integrated micro-sensing systems, including low-power data converters, sensor interface circuits, CMOS MEMS transducers, power management systems for IoT systems.
